Vendor Information - Terps & Chains

Welcome, Vendors! We’re stoked to have you at Terps & Chains! Below, you’ll find all the important details to ensure a smooth and successful experience.

When: Friday, March 21, starting at 9:00 AM

Where: Head to the main check-in tent as you drive in (you’ll pass right by it).

Vendors staying in a hotel or cabin will check in at the Willow Sundries Store Building.

Friday & Saturday: 4:20 PM – 11:30 PM

Vendors may open earlier, but most attendees will be exploring, playing disc golf, or attending activities during the day.

Power will be provided at vendor booths.

Bring a long extension cord to reach power boxes located around the vendor village.

Lighting: We recommend bringing lights for your booth, as it will get dark.

Please follow all local and state laws.

Do not leave valuables unattended at your tent or booth.

Swag, merch, and giveaways are great ways to attract attendees!

This event is as much about networking as it is about vending! Visit other booths, make connections, and support fellow vendors.

We’re hosting a Terp Treasure Hunt for attendees!

Vendors are encouraged to participate by donating prizes (swag, merch, cash, or dispensary-claimable canna prizes for OK medical patients).

Prize slips will be hidden in small treasure boxes around the venue and disc golf course. Attendees will follow instructions to claim prizes at vendor booths or designated locations.

We’ll be collecting vendor donations for the hunt on March 21.

Sunday is pack-up day. Please clean up and leave no trace.

All vendors and guests should plan to be off-property by 11:00 AM.
