Attendees - "Know Before You Go" *IMPORTANT*

First and foremost, we appreciate your support. We hope the following information answers your questions and ensures you have a wonderful weekend at Terp Float Festival. This event thrives on good vibes and energy. Please understand everyone is here for the same reason, to have an amazing time. Please be respectful, responsible and aware. Respect women , and keep an eye on your friends.

- Check in will begin at 2:00pm on Thursday (10am load in for vendors). To check in, you will need the confirmation email, name or order # associated with the purchase. Check in will run from 2:00pm - 10pm on Thursday, 8:00am - 10:00pm on Friday or Saturday. After those hours there will only be security ensuring you have a wristband. If you cannot arrive in those hours please make prior arrangements as you may not get in without a wristband.

You are responsible for distributing all wristbands in your party. If you purchased a 5 man raft that includes 5 passes, you will have to distribute the wristbands. If someone in your party is arriving late, you will be responsible for meeting them at the check in and providing them a wristband.

OPENING CEREMONY SESH
On Thursday we will be meeting at 7pm in front of the main stage to share terps, celebrate the start of the event and bless the festival grounds for a successful weekend. Anyone in attendance is encouraged to join us.

- The festival grounds won't go live until 4pm each day. This gives guests / vendors time to enjoy the river , float, swim, sleep, dab, nap, or explore the area during the hottest part of the day. Live Music will run from 4pm - 2:00am each day. We will have 2 stages of live music running simultaneously on Friday and Saturday. Music will end at 11pm on Thursday 8/3 on the main stage.

The Terp Tent sponsored by Timeless Vapes will feature live music from 3pm - 2:00am(2:00)am
both Friday & Saturday. It will be open during the day for people to cool off, sesh, eat , etc. It will also have commercial cooling equipment running for you to stay cool and in a shady area. We are hosting a Solventless Q & A featuring Oklahoma’s Top Hash Makers from 4:00pm - 5:00pm. On Saturday the Terp Tent will host a silent disco from 2:00am - Sunrise to close out Terp Float.

RSVP / Ticket will be required as we have limited headphones. (Check website for ticket). Note the tent capacity/first come first serve, etc. Think not noting tent capacity could cause an issue among VIP, etc.

- Yoga will be hosted Saturday morning at 8am in front of the River Stage (Main Stage). All are welcome.

- Bring cash. Select ATMs will be available on site but they are few and far between. Will you all have ATM's? It's cool, just curious.

- We are offering free water inside the festival grounds. Water will be available from 4pm - 2am daily. Drinks, Beer, Snacks, Ice are available in the general store select hours each day.

- No alcohol will be served on site. Guests 21+ are allowed to bring and consume alcohol on site. Please be respectful and responsible. Sloppy, disrespectful, aggressive behavior may result in revocation of your wristband.

- The whole resort is cannabis friendly. Please understand and follow local laws and rules set forth by the OMMA. You need a medical card to legally consume.

- Pets are allowed. Please make sure your animals remain on leash at all times. Please make sure you pick up after your animals.

- Event is all ages. No minors not accompanied by a parent. Adults please keep a watch of your children.

- Single day and 2-day passes will be available at check in on Friday & Saturday. ($45 each day / $80 2-day pass). We will have a local special,  $25/day passes available at the door if you can show a local Tahlequah ID.

- No weapons of any kind on property. Aggressive behavior / fighting will result in immediate revocation of your wristband.No open carry and no concealed carry.

- The venue will feature an on-site dispensary open all 3 days. This dispensary will feature select brands and exclusive items. You must have an OK medical card (or temporary OK card) to shop. The shop will be open 8am - 12am both Friday and Saturday.

- We have a designated quiet / family camping area this year. This area will have no amplified sound after 10pm each night. If you like sleep and peace and quiet. This space may be a good idea for you.

- Please be respectful of the camping space, please pick up all trash.

HOTELS / BUNKHOUSES

Be prepared to provide an ID and credit card for incidentals. We recommend bring extra linens/pillows. Hotels were reserved in advance and NONE will be available day of the event.

Please be courteous by not smoking in the hotels to avoid fines.
_______________________________________
FLOATING
Float check in is from 8am - 11am each day. You will check in up near the entrance to the resort and general store. You will check in with our team , then proceed to the office check in counter to sign your waivers and get your Float slip. You will then proceed outside to the staging area, where they will provide you paddles and life vests and raft / kayak. Everyone is required to sign the waiver before floating. You cannot use your own floating devices / private boats at Diamondhead Resort. Please try and be on the river by 11am each day. You will purchase the float prior to the event. It's not likely we will have floats available for walk ups on Friday or Saturday.

- The shuttle will take you 6 miles up stream to the Edmonson put in, where you will start your journey back to Diamondhead Resort. Plan on the float taking 3-5 hours.

- River authority does not like glass on the River, please be cautious of local laws. Please be courteous of other on the water that may not wish to participate.  No glass, no styrofoam coolers and no high point alcohol on the river per River authority.

- Bring lots of sunscreen, snacks , cooler, drinks, portable stereo, umbrella (for shade) and a dry bag to keep important items dry.

- Drink and bring LOTS of water.
_______________________________________
- Wear a life vest, be cautious of obstacles, branches and downed trees in the river.

FOOD

10+ food trucks will be available. Select food trucks will be open for breakfast and lunch each day. All food trucks will be open 4pm - 12am each day. BBQ, Burgers, Tacos, Vegetarian, Seafood, Pizza, Coffee, Snowcones and everything in between will be available.

RV

For attendees planning on bringing RVs, you must have purchased an RV pass. We have limited space and we are sold out except for spaces with no hook ups.

Certain RV spaces will not have grey or fresh water plug ins. Please be prepared for this. You can fill and dump directly across the street.

Your RV space will already be assigned for you prior to the event. RV spaces that don't have hook ups will also have a designated area and will not be able to just park anywhere on the resort.

CAMPING

- Primitive camping will be first come, first serve. A select amount of riverfront spots will be reserved for VIP. With 40 acres, we have plenty of room to accommodate all campers. None of the camp spots will have access to power, yes you can bring generators and portable power devices. You can have a fire at your campsite.

- You are allowed to camp in / near your vehicle. We are limiting (1) vehicle per camp space. If you have multiple vehicles , you will be able to drop your gear off then you will be asked to park in the main lot. Please try and carpool to minimize the amount of vehicles clogging up the camping area. Please be respectful of this policy. (tents do not equal campsites).

- Out of respect for all artists and attendees, you will not be able to drive you vehicle in the camping area from 7:00pm - 12:00am on 8/4 and 8/5. If you plan on entering and exiting you will need to park in the main lot. (Where entry and exiting is allowed).

TIPS & TRICKS TO HAVE THE BEST TIME EVER

- Bring back up underwear, socks, shirts and comfortable shoes.

- Bring a portable charger.
_______________________________________
- Chapstick , Vaseline, Baby Powder, Sunscreen Toothpaste, Deodorant, Emergen-C, Advil, Pedialyte are all a GREAT idea.

- DRINK TONS OF WATER.

- Be courteous and respectful of all attendees and staff.
_______________________________________
- People who are having trouble, not feeling well or are feeling unsafe please seek out staff, safe spaces or medical personnel.

- always stake your camp down and prepare for high winds and rain , which can happen at any time in Oklahoma.

- If you want to sleep each night, we recommend you camp further away from the stages and music that will be going until 2:00am on Friday and Saturday.

- If you are staying off site. Please arrange a sober driver. Tahlequah police are aware of this event. DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE.

- Golf carts / gators are allowed at the resort. Make sure they have headlights if you plan to drive at night. Do not operate while intoxicated, you will risk a DUI. Drive slow at all times (under 10mph around the festival grounds).
