Welcome to Terps & Chains Festival! We’re stoked to have you join us for an unforgettable weekend filled with disc golf, music, adventure, and great vibes. Below is everything you need to know to make the most of your festival experience.

CHECK-IN

You can check in as early as 9am on Friday, March 21st. Head over to the Main Check-In Tent when you arrive on the property. (See festival map for reference.)

Camping is allowed in designated areas.

You may park next to your campsite or sleep in your vehicle.

Please be mindful of space and your neighbors.

Portable stoves or heating devices are allowed. No open fires.

Leave no trace! Pick up after yourselves and keep the space clean.

Please be respectful of loud music during late night / early evening

If you plan on coming and going, please use the designated Day Parking Lot (see map for reference).

- Post Oak has a small convenience store on-site selling select snacks, drinks, ice, and beer.

A variety of food trucks will be on-site, serving up delicious meals.

Most trucks will be open for lunch and dinner.A few trucks will serve breakfast as well.

Post Oak Will also have a cash bar on site in the vendor area and a beer cart serving up beverages during the disc rounds!

RE-ENTRY POLICY

Reentry is allowed with your wristband.

If you're not competing in the disc golf tournament, there’s still plenty to do:

- Hike through the beautiful trails.

- Fish in the stocked pond.

- Zipline tours available for booking on-site.

- Terp Treasure Hunt (March 22nd): Find epic prizes hidden throughout the festival grounds!

- Mingle and meet new friends!

DISC GOLF TOURNAMENTS

Flex start: 2 PM - 4:30 PM (2.5-hour window).

Minimum 2 teams, max 3 teams per card.

No partner? We’ll pair you up at check-in.

Prizes: Top 3 teams receive trophies & additional prizes. Other teams may win prizes based on entries.

Shotgun start at 9 AM SHARP.

Two rounds: Players will be split into Advanced & Recreational Divisions after round one.

Top 3 in each division win:

- Custom glass trophies

- Custom embroidered disc golf bags

- Custom Terps & Chains grinder

- Advanced division will have a cash payout!

- Terps & Chains Custom Disc & More!

Top 10+ finishers in each division get select prizes.

After the first round of the individual tournament, we will split you based on performance into an "advanced" or "recreational" division.

- Starts after 9 PM (limited hole setup). Check in at the Terp Float Merch Booth 

- Flex start, $10 entry fee (donated to a local charity).

- Prizes for top scores!

 - Bring your own glow disc (vendors will have glow discs available for purchase).

Open 4:20 PM - 12 AM on Friday & Saturday.

Live music every night! (check schedule for set times)

40+ amazing vendors & brands showcasing the best in the industry.

Folding chairs, blankets, food & drink are allowed in the vendor area.

Porta-potties & wash stations will be available.

* no showers on site for campers.

All hotels and cabins have showers and restrooms.

Facilities will be cleaned and serviced daily.

We’re here to have an epic time, so let’s keep the vibes high and the festival grounds clean. If you need assistance, festival staff and volunteers will be around to help.
